True Care Living DDS LLC was founded in 2026 to fill a gap we saw firsthand — too many adults and young people with developmental disabilities were placed into one-size-fits-all programs that didn't reflect who they actually are.
We started with a simple commitment: design every support around the person. That means listening longer, planning slower, and measuring success by what the participant says matters — not by what fits neatly into a billing code.
Today we partner with families, case managers, clinicians, and community members across Nebraska to deliver community-based services that build skills, foster relationships, and open doors.

Authorized Medicaid provider for the Developmental Disabilities Adult Day, Comprehensive, and Family Supports waivers.
Skilled, Trained Workforce
All direct-support staff complete approved behavioral safety training, CPR, and First Aid before serving participants.
Comprehensive Background Checks
NSP/FBI fingerprint, APS & CPS registry, and Sex Offender Registry checks for every direct-support employee.
